      Helm, 60 years old, died yesterday at the home, 3012 East Eighth street. Since 1942 he had been employed as a crane operator at the Sheffield steel plant, and before that he was a motor car salesman. He came here about twenty years ago from Maryville, Mo. He was a member of the C. I. O. United Steelworkers of America, local No. 13. He leaves Mrs. Lillian Z. Helm; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Rose Marie Holmes, and a stepson, David Dee Pearman, all of the home, and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 o'clock Monday at the Blackman chapel. Burial will be in Bonner Springs.
