In the Probate court in and for said county, In the matter of the Estate of Alexander Martin, deceased.  Petition to sell land to pay debts.  To Mary Martin (widow of Alexander Martin, deceased), Barnard Martin, A. J. Martin, James P. Martin, Susan J. [Tish], Carolline L. Spach, Jane Martin, Elizabeth Brimm, Mary Miller, A. S. Martin, Caroline Martin, John H. Martin, William Martin, S. C. Morris, Lucretia V. Morris, Mary J. Morris, Rose Lee Morris, Rufus Morris, and all other persons interested in the estate of Alexander Martin, deceased.  You are hereby notified that a petition has been files in said court by Jouhn Burford, the administrator of the estate of said Alexander Martin, deceased, praying for an order to sell the following described real estate (the property of said Alexander Martin, deceased), situated in the county of Sumner and State of Kansas, to wit: The north half of the east half of the southwest quarter of section No. nine, in township No. thirty-one (31), south of range one (1) east of the 6th P. M., for the payment of debts and expanses of administration; and said petition will come on for final hearing on the 19th day of May, A.
