  Kansas Man Shot During Argument FORSYTH, Mo. (AP) - Bud Pulley, 35, of Wichita, Kan., was fatally shot in the chest early today during what officers said was an argument with his half brother.  The half brother, Cecil May, 25, told authorities Pulley pushed him out of bed and pushed him around.  Theron Gideon, Taney County sheriff, brought May to the county jail here.  Walter Cobb, county coroner, said the men had been drinking and that after the shooting at a farm near Walnut Shade, Mo., May and a girl friend of Pulley took the wounded man several miles by automobile to a physician's house.  Pulley was dead upon arrival at the home of Dr. J. M. Threadgill.  The sheriff took May into custody at the physician's house.  The coroner said Pulley had taken Nellie Atkins, 26, to her former home town of Summit, Ark., for a visit.  She works in Wichita, where Pulley was employed by the city transit firm.  May lives on the farm of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Perry May, at Walnut Shade, about six miles north of Forsyth.  The shooting with a .22 caliber rifle took place there.
