Moran Cemetery
AKA Stewart Cemetery
Empire Township, Section 28
Andrew County, Missouri
Directions: From Savannah, east on Hwy. E 3.5 miles to D. North on D 4.3 miles to driveway to farm. Cemetery is on private property. Drive 0.1 mile east onto property to a path going north through the alfalfa field. Drive 0.1 mile north right to the cemetery. Accessible only in good weather, preferably after alfalfa has been cut.
Notes: This was a family cemetery, used mainly in the 1870s. Several of the people with surnames other than “Moran” were living with the Moran family at some time.
