Earls stone back | Historical This plot of ground, consisting of one acre, is a part of the preemption of Jonathan Earls, number of preemption 1893 letters of patent to the same, were issued by James K. Polk President of the United States of America the first day of April in the year of our Lord 1846, and the independence of the United States the seventeenth recorded in Volume four Page two forty six in the Central Land Office, filed for record October 29, 1872, and recorded in Book twenty eight Page one hundred and thirty nine, in the office of Recorder of Deeds for Andrew Co. MO. and is reserved to the heirs of Jonathan and Francis Earls for ever. |
