These projects are so successful because of all the people who share the work they've done. If you have research you can share, your help is greatly appreciated.

It is our policy not to include more than the name of the submitter in the post unless otherwise specified. Therefore, if you want people to be able to contact you via email, you need to say that explicitly. We can only use your email address -- we won't post your mailing or physical address.

Transcriptions

If you have transcriptions of obituaries or other plain text documents, you can either email them to us, or you can create an account and enter them into the site yourself. If you would like to use this option, please let us know and we will give you the proper authorization.

Photographs

If you have photos of people or places, please email them to us with as much descriptive information as possible. Please try to keep submissions under 1MB. We may reduce those further before they are added to the site.

We welcome your cemetery photos and, of course, will take whatever we can get. Ideally, we are looking for people to photograph entire cemeteries.

Documents

Document submissions should be in PDF format and, of course, not subject to copyright, unless you are the copyright holder.

Family Group Sheets, Histories and Lineages

We welcome these submissions in PDF format. Most genealogy software will generate a PDF. If, however, you aren't able to do that, you can send a .doc or .txt file and we will convert it for you if we are able.
