      Mr. Steven Keith Thrasher, 37, Bolckow, was born December, 17, 1992, in St. Joseph and died April 9, 1992, in a St. Joseph hospital, after a lengthy illness.

      He had resided his entire life in the Bolckow community, and was a farmer. Mr. Thrasher was a graduate of Fillmore High School, class of 1972, and had attended Missouri Western State College.

      He was a member of the Antioch Christian Church, Fillmore.

      Surviving are his parents, Keith L. Thrasher and the former Wanda M. Praiswater, both of the home; a sister, Pamela Hurley, St. Joseph; his paternal grandmother, Myrtle Thrasher, Savannah; a niece, Melissa Salmons, St. Joseph; and cousins, aunts and uncles.

      Funeral services were conducted April 13 in the Antioch Christian Church with Rev. Bobby Bell officiating. Interment was in the Fillmore Cemetery. Services were under the direction of the Breit & Hawkins Funeral Home.
