In this county, at Flagg [sic] Springs, at the residence of his son, D. B. Knight, on the 10th of November, 1875, Mr. Daniel Knight, in the 75th year of his age. The deceased was an old and respected citizen of the county, ranking among its earliest settlers, having moved here in 1842, and for fifty years was a devoted member of the Methodist Church.
