Schultz services
Services for Kate Schultz, 92, will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Meierhoffer-Fleeman Chapel. Burial will be in Mount Auburn Cemetery. She died early Wednesday morning at a Topeka, Kan., hospital.
The body will arrive at the funeral home Friday morning.
Mrs. Schultz resided in St. Joseph until 1928, when she moved to Kansas City. She moved to Topeka in 1959, where she made her home. She was a native of Herington, Kan.
Mrs. Schultz was preceded in death by her husband, who died in 1951, and was a former member of St. Paul Lutheran Church here.
She is survived by her son, George Schultz, Topeka; two sisters, Minnie L. Beaty, St. Joseph, and Rose Macumber, Brownsville, Texas; a brother, Roy Schneibel, Los Angeles, eight grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
