Mrs. Edith Holzhauser died Wednesday afternoon (April 23, 1958) at her home in Elwood, Kan. She was 72. Born in Muskogee, Okla., she had been a resident of Elwood and Wathena, Kan., many years. Mrs. Holzhauser was a member of the Wathena Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Charles Holzhauser of the home; three daughters, Miss Stella Holzhauser of the home, Mrs. Hazel Schubert and Mrs. Josephine Russell, St. Joseph; two sons, Fred Holzhauser, Falls City, Neb., and A.N. Holzhauser, St. Joseph; a brother, Charles Curley, St. Joseph; 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
The body is at the Harman mortuary, Wathena.
