Mrs. Edward Sheehan died at her residence, 626 north Ninth street at 12 o'clock yesterday, of Bright's disease, at the age of 66 years. Mrs. Sheehan leaves a husband, who is now on route from Texas, and six children, Mrs. T. H. Doyle, Mrs. M. J. Coffee, and Fannie, of this city, and Madame Emma, of the convent of the Sacred Heart, Chicago, Edward S. of Louisville, and John P. of Fort Worth, Texas, who arrived in the city yesterday.

Notice of the funeral will be given Tuesday.

The funeral of Mrs. Edward Sheehan took place at 9 o'clock yesterday morning from the cathedral, requiem mass being celebrated at that hour. The services were conducted by Father Newman and others. The pall bearers were Messrs. J. M. Kemper, F. B. Snyder, Phil. Rogers, Joseph A. Corby, Charles Maguire, John P. O'Ferrall, J. A. Johnson and Dr. Chas. O'Ferrall. A large number of floral pieces were contributed by loving friends, and many carriages followed the remains to the Catholic cemetery, where they were interred.
